Luke Lester Partner & CEO
Luke Lester is responsible for the Company’s overall performance and growth of its management portfolio. He is responsible for the planning and development of all real estate projects, including hotel and site acquisition, site plans, project development, budget coordination and real estate sales activities, while maintaining investor and franchise relationships. He also has certain operational oversight responsibilities. He is responsible for all project construction activities, property renovations and improvement plans, including management/oversight of our development projects, onsite staff and the quality of the finished project.
Rocky Lester Partner & CFO
Rocky Lester is responsible for the finance, accounting, insurance/risk management, human resources, information technology, budgeting, capital expenditures, forecasting, strategic planning, audits, bonus plans, and administrative functions of the Company. He works directly with the Chief Executive Officer in sourcing and evaluating strategic corporate investments. He evaluates energy efficiency retrofits in existing properties and pursuing incentive opportunities for sustainable design and energy efficient elements while maintaining strong bank, vendor and franchise relationships.
Scott Garrett VP of Operations
Scott Garrett is a veteran of the hospitality industry with over 25 years of leadership experience. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Scott is responsible for the oversight of Hotel Operations for all hotels and resorts operated by Lester Hospitality. In addition, Scott plays an active part in Project Management & Business Development/Acquisition.
Prior to his role at Lester Hospitality, Scott served as Director of Hotel Operations for Vail Resorts/Grand Teton Lodge Company overseeing multiple properties within the National Park. Scott also served as Enterprise Operations Director for Acoma Business Enterprises with oversight of casinos/hotels, travel centers, and retail locations. General Manager positions include over ten years in full service Holiday Inn properties earning two IHG Quality Excellence Awards & the IHG Renovation Award.
Scott is a Certified Hotel Administrator and received his MBA from the University of New Mexico, Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Carol Torrey Controller
Carol Torrey is responsible for the Companys accounting, tax, preparation, internal audit, accounts payable, payroll, reporting, financial statements, accounting policies and procedure, internal controls, and other duties within the company.
